As we don’t provide password recovery service, we cant take your request to recover the passwords of the files which you send to us. You can use the app to recover lost passwords of file which you have valid access.
Question : Do you guarantee that the password will be recovered using the password recovery apps on Appnimi?

There is no guarantee of password recovery. The software is just a tool which can help you in recovering the password. It will depend a lot on the strategy you follow while choosing the input parameters for the recovery process. It might be that the list generated from the input parameters or the dictionary doesn’t has the password required to decrypt the file. This happens when the file has been protected with a complicated combination.
Question : How much time will take for the password to recover?

Although some times it is recovered in minutes, the recovery process can take from days, weeks or months. It depends a lot on how complicated the password is. The Time mentioned in the progress report shows how much time it might take to process all the combinations generated. Also the speed of the recovery is boosted in high end machines. In some of the editions the machine restart is supported which can help in scenarios when the it is taking more time. The software will save the state of the recovery in this case when it is closed.
